Yes, Arabella Contractors LLC is fully insured, and registered to operate in Pennsylvania, and New Jersey as a Home Improvement Contractor.  Arabella also operates with subcontractors licensed in respective fields, these individuals are also licensed and insured. Documentation can be presented upon request.

Yes, often times existing clients have a home, or businesses outside the general service area. Costs incurred are communicated with the client and appropriate licenses are acquired to execute the work requested, please inquire if you have a business, or residence outside the preferred work area.

Typical charges for out of state travel is as follows $0.30-0.60/per mile, travel time excludes normal office travel. Minimum labor requirement would be 8 full hours past this lodging may become required at an additional rate. 

All of our virtual quotes include a detailed scope of the work to be completed. You will receive a emailed report with a breakdown of the cost, and time estimated for your project. 

Sometimes emergencies happen, when the unthinkable occurs we strive to address your need. Based off market rate & to stay competitive we charge a $225 Emergency Service Fee. Holidays require a $225 fee plus 1.5x-2.0 standard hourly rate. This fee applies when an emergency arises outside of normal operating hours. 

We cannot bill your Insurance Company, but we will provide all the documentation that you need to file for reimbursement.

Prior to the deposit being received, a estimate job completion time has been given. Typically scheduling after deposit is received is 3-4 weeks at this time. Busy times may alter this timeframe, we will communicate with any changes.
